Miltos (Miltiades) Goudamanis is a senior international advisor and strategist with more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of government, diplomacy, energy, and global trade. As Chief Executive Officer of the Global Strategies Council (GSC), he has advised heads of government, multinational corporations, and sovereign institutions on high-stakes issues including diplomacy, lobbying, crisis management, national security, energy infrastructure, and trade development.
He leads a global network of experts that includes intelligence professionals, operations specialists, diplomats (active and former), public relations strategists, and sector-specific experts in renewable energy, LNG, and petroleum trading. His work has spanned North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, giving him a proven track record in managing complex cross-border negotiations and sensitive state-to-state matters.

Goudamanis has worked in partnership with some of the world’s leading energy companies. His extensive background includes: development of new contracts, negotiations with top government officials, execution of complex contracts, in both RES and purchase agreements for petroleum refined products and LNG.
